Collaboration with a multinational group leader in solid waste treatment and management systems, to advise it on its expansion, helping it to sell its equipment and technology in different countries such as the UAE, Jordan, Saudi Arabia or Turkey. As a result of our work, the company found distributors for its waste collection equipment and won tenders that allowed it to operate plants in various countries. Finally, a few years later, at the request of the board of directors, we also searched for different investors interested in buying the company.
