Internationalization strategy

Collaboration with a multinational in the food and beverage sector to advise it on its internationalization strategy in North Africa. We became the tool to avoid entering highly complex markets blindly. In this way, after the preliminary study, our objective was focused on the acquisition of local companies to access different licenses and settle on the ground. Subsequently, we proceeded to support the company’s interests against public institutions and political leaders with our corporate diplomacy service.
