Collaboration with an Italian multi-sector holding company owned by a well-known family, whose objective was to carry out an important hotel project in the south of Spain. In this project our work consisted, on the one hand, in finding an investment partner that would allow the project to be carried out, and, on the other hand, in advising on the creation and development of the experiential concept that had to be sustainable, culturally sensitive and also generate returns.
