Collaboration with a leading Spanish group in the sustainable agriculture and water management sector, to support it in its growth strategy in the MENA region and prepare it to win tenders. At AZMEDA, our main objective was to help it understand the area and penetrate the markets and to locate strategic companies that had know-how and advanced technologies, to acquire them and thus be able to add new competitive advantages that would consolidate its leadership position in the region.
